Our seaweed snacks are made with a kind of seaweed commonly known as ‘gim’ in Korea and nori in Japan. We use high-grade, USDA-certified organic seaweed, which is sustainably harvested from ocean farms off the southwest coast of Korea. While most seaweed in Korea is designated organic by the Korean government, we use seaweed grown on farms that have been certified by the USDA as organic and carry the USDA-certification seal.
